行星减速机初次使用或放置很长时间不使用的情况下，应将其试运转200-400小时。在减速机运行的状态下来判断油量的话就与实际油量的差距比较大，建议在减速机停止运行的状态来衡量油量并添加适量的减速机润滑油。之所以不要在减速机运行的状态下添加润滑油，是因为在减速机运行的过程中，其内部部件齿轮或者是蜗轮转动时带动内部的润滑油一起运转，如果在这种情况下判断减速机油量的话，可能是满的，也有可能是低于油窗的2/3，甚至有可能没有什么润滑油了。加油的具体操作如下：
1. Disconnect the motor or the main power supply, and then wait until the remaining temperature is left (the reducer should still be warm when changing the oil).
2. Put a suitable oil-receiving plate at the bottom of the oil drain hole of the reducer.
3. Loosen and remove the oil filling hole screw plug, breather and oil drain screw plug.
4. Drain all the remaining lubricating oil in the reducer, and remove metal particles and other impurities in the chassis.
5. After draining, install the oil drain plug as it is (to be tightened).
6. Write lubricating oil of the same brand from the oil injection hole, pay attention to the increase amount, increase according to the oil standard, not add more but not add less.
7. After adding the oil, tighten the oil filling hole plug and breather.
很多客户经常在第四个步骤上出错，大家一定要记住在给行星减速机加油时，要先将设备中剩余的润滑油清除干净了，才能加入新的润滑油，以保证油品质量。
