  选定一款螺旋升降机使其负载能力大于实际所需载荷。查看相应的螺旋升降机性能规格表找到举升每mm行程蜗杆输入转数,在空载时的蜗杆扭矩和满载时的蜗杆扭矩。
First, for the actual load exceeding 25% of the load capacity of the screw jack, consider that the torque should be commensurate with the load:
Screw jack torque = actual required load x worm torque at full load / screw jack load capacity
For the actual load less than 25% of the load capacity of the screw jack, the worm torque at no-load should be added to the above calculated torque to take into account the friction loss.
Second, calculate the input speed.Shaft input should not exceed 1800rpm
Input speed = expected lifting speed x number of worm wheel revolutions for 1mm stroke
Third, calculate the input power
Input power = screw jack torque xrpm/63000
Use the required input power to compare with the maximum power of the screw jack in the performance specification table.If the required input power is greater than the maximum power, a larger power screw jack must be selected to meet the speed and load capacity requirements.If a reducer is used, the motor power must be multiplied by the efficiency of the reducer to obtain the output power of the reducer. (That is, the input power of the screw jack).
