丝杆升降机的使用注意事项有以下五点：
第一、一定要安装通气帽(排气螺塞)
Before use, replace the plug at the highest position with an exhaust plug to ensure that the gas in the body is exhausted when the reducer is running.If it is not replaced in time, the reducer will run for a long time, causing the gas in the reducer to swell the oil seal, and even the reducer will leak oil.
第二、及时更换润滑油，特别注意第一次.
应该特别注意的是第一次换油，减速机在第一次运行300～400小时后应及时更换润滑油，以后每隔1500～2000小时更换润滑油。另外在工作环境恶劣、温度高、粉尘大的工作场合下应每隔半个月对润滑油进行一次检查，发现润滑油有污物即更换润滑油，以保持润滑油清洁，延长减速机的使用寿命，提高经济效益。
第三、严禁锤击
When installing couplings, belt pulleys, sprocket and other connecting parts on the output shaft of the reducer, direct hammering is not allowed. Because the output shaft structure of the reducer cannot withstand axial hammering, it can be screwed in by the screw hole at the shaft end. The screw is pressed into the coupling piece.
第四、安全开关
丝杆升降机的安全开关都是根据安全需要设计的，有围栏门限位、吊笼门限位、顶门限位、极限位开关、上下限位开关、对重防断绳保护开关等。一些工地上为了省事将一些限位开关人为取消和短接或损坏后不及时修复，就等于取消了这几道安全防线，种下了事故隐患。例：吊笼要装载长东西，吊笼内放不下需伸出吊笼外，而人为取消门限位或顶门限位，在上述安全设施不完善或不完好的情况下，照样载人载物，这种违章作业是拿人生命开玩笑的，为了避免事故隐患的发生，希望使用单位领导加强管理，严格要求升降机维护和操作人员定期检查各种安全开关的安全可靠性，杜绝事故的发生。
第五、缓冲器
施工升降机上的缓冲器的施工升降机安全的最后一道防线
第一，它必须设置
第二，它必须有一定的强度，能承受升降机额定载荷的冲击，且起到缓冲的作用。而现在很多工地，有的虽有设置，但不足以起到缓冲的作用，有地工地上就完全没有缓冲器，这是极端错误的，希望使用单位注意进行检查，不要轻视这最后一道防线。
